SHIPPING & DELIVERY

HIGHLIGHTS

All in-stock products are generally shipped within 2 working days upon receipt of your order and payment i.e Monday - Friday from our store.

A standard shipping service is charged for all products shipped. Please note that excessive weighted items will increase shipping costs.

Note: This is your notification that additional shipping costs may apply. Our goal is to keep shipping costs at a minimum. Returned orders and shipping cost for return will not be accepted unless as stated in the “Returns & Refunds” policy.

 

Outside Malaysia

Shipping costs vary depending on weight. You will be charged accordingly.

All orders must use a valid email address and phone number to be processed.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed through customs. If you feel your order has been delayed please contact your local customs office.

You are responsible for all duties, taxes and tariffs placed on your orders. Declared value is kept to a minimum. Returned orders are still charged for shipping unless as stated in the “Returns & Refunds” policy.

 

DELIVERY

We will try to ensure that all the product(s) or goods that you have ordered are despatched within 2 working days upon receipt of your order and payment. We will courier the product(s) via Post Laju or a suitable courier company and you will normally receive it within 3 working days ( Malaysia metro areas only ) of your order being shipped. Once your order is shipped we will forward you a tracking number via email.

Should you not receive your products(s) after 5 working days of your order(s), please contact your local courier office. If the local courier office cannot locate your parcel even after 7 working days of your orders being made, please contact us so that we can help you to trace the package.

 

STATUS OF ORDER

For any enquiry on the status of order(s) please email to us. However, if you have already received the tracking number from us, please call the respective courier company and check with them the status of your parcel before contacting us.

 

PLACE FOR RECEIVING PRODUCTS/GOODS/PARCELS

You may choose the destination to receive your parcel(s). When you place an order, you may quote your residential address or office/workplace. Please state clearly to us which address you want your parcel(s) to be delivered.

 

DELIVERY OUTSIDE MALAYSIA

Our postage charges are based on local charges within West Malaysia. However, if the destination is outside West Malaysia, please send us an enquiry via email on the cost of postage. You will have to pay the postage charges separately.

 

PRODUCT OWN PICKUP METHOD

You may choose to pick up your product(s) at our store:

PREGAN SDN BHD, 005, BASEMENT 2, (B2), THE SCHOOL. JAYA ONE, NO 27A, JALAN UNIVERSITI, 46200 PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR.

Please provide your order details by email or call us to confirm that you want to pick up in person. Pregan Sdn Bhd will only release the package with proof of purchase and to the designated person with proof of ID.
